Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to MRR Pilot, a B2B SaaS service primarily intended for professional SaaS founders and teams. The service is operated by ZAYEN DIGITAL.
Account, workspace and authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and make sure they have authority to create a workspace, invite members and connect a Stripe account or restricted key for revenue analysis.
Workspace permissions are enforced server-side. Admin routes are restricted to authorized roles.
Service description
MRR Pilot analyzes Stripe revenue data, calculates SaaS metrics, detects revenue-leak signals, creates persistent Revenue Actions, prepares customer-message drafts and may provide AI answers grounded in the workspace revenue context.
MRR Pilot does not automatically contact customers, change Stripe settings, issue refunds, create charges or guarantee recovered revenue.
AI and human review
AI answers are generated from server-created summarized context and should be reviewed before acting. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
MRR Pilot is not legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial or investment advice.
Acceptable use and limits
- Do not access data without authorization.
- Do not bypass plan, role or security controls.
- Do not use the service for spam or abusive outreach.
- Respect reasonable rate limits and technical safeguards.
Suspension, termination and changes
ZAYEN DIGITAL may suspend or restrict an account for abuse, security risk, non-payment or violation of these Terms. Beta functionality may change as the product evolves.
Liability, force majeure and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable limitations typical of an evolving SaaS product. Users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken from the product. French law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Any exclusive court clause should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial use.
