Scope and professional customers
These Commercial Terms govern MRR Pilot SaaS subscriptions sold by ZAYEN DIGITAL to professional/business customers.
Plans, pricing and order formation
Current public plans are Free, Pro at USD $49/month and Growth at USD $99/month, excluding applicable taxes where relevant. The selected plan is confirmed during Stripe Checkout.
Founding-user pricing language should be read together with the actual Stripe subscription configuration applied to the customer account.
Payment, renewal and Stripe Customer Portal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. Stripe processes payment methods, invoices and billing events.
Subscription management, including cancellation where enabled in the Stripe Customer Portal configuration, is available from the billing portal linked in account settings.
Payment failure, changes and cancellation
Payment failure may limit access to paid features. Upgrades, downgrades, renewals, prorations, any refunds and cancellations depend on the Stripe configuration and the business policy in force when the operation occurs. This document does not promise prorated refunds.
French late-payment penalty wording should be confirmed by legal counsel before operational publication.
Service limitations
MRR Pilot does not guarantee recovered revenue, churn reduction or MRR improvement. Customer Stripe connections are used for revenue analysis, not money movement.
